We stayed at YYY for 2 nights in the bungalow rooms and enjoyed our stay.
Dan made us feel warm and welcomed when we first arrived and we were quickly introduced to the other people staying there.
Great place to meet some really nice people from different parts of the world and have a nice chill time there. Atmosphere was laid-back, it was perfect to just kick back and enjoy a day of chilling around the hammock, try a bit of slack-lining, sit around the sofa with a book or just chat with other travelers. Take a 5-10mins stroll to the back where you will find the secluded beach where you can enjoy a nice swim or just sit by the sand. Loved it.
Everyone hung out at the main area at night under the stars to have a good chat and laugh together while ensuring they were considerate to keep the volume down when people goes to bed.

My stay in Yala Yin Yang was so much fun. Dan and Tiger are amazing hosts and really look after you. The location is amazing - it’s in the middle of the National Park, so I saw so many animals and birds while I was there. There’s also a private beach a short walk from the hostel that’s sooooooo pretty for the sunset, and with lots of amazing sand dunes. Thanks for having me guys, see you again soon ! X

What an amazing experience. I stayed an entire week - and could have easily stayed for another.
First off, the staff is incredible. They are so chill and blend in right with the guest, making you feel at home with your friends. They cook a wonderful breakfast and dinner, and guests and staff enjoy meals together.
The property is huge so there's a lot of space to disappear for alone time, including a beautiful beach with stunning dunes.
The facilities are clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable and there is a lot of open space so you feel like you're sleeping outside.
Activities include a Safari, beach, pool table, yoga, games, star gazing (no light pollution from the city) and more.
Overall, perfect, relaxed and homey environment for anyone looking to chill out and reconnect with themselves and meet other travelers. Definitely make a stop here on your travels in Sri Lanka.

We will never forget our holidays at the Yala Yin Yang hostel. It is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed at. The untouched nature in this area allows you to leave everything behind and you can just enjoy and relax. Besides the beautiful beach, wild jungle, the great sand dunes and the unique panorama this hostel offer a welcome and relaxing atmosphere. The host Dan and his staff are really nice and helpful. The hostel itself is very clean and beautiful.
I can highly recommend this place for everybody, who need to get away from the stressful civilization and hope I can go there again as soon as possible. Thank you for everything.

We had an amazing stay! The owner is veeeeery nice and when we arrived it felt like home after 5 seconds. Everything is very new and so very clean. You can have there dinner and also book your safari or a tuk-tuk. Near the hostel is a great beach and in the evening there was an elephant in the "garden" because the hostel is so close to the national park.
One of the best hostels I have seen. Danke!!!
